Green MOFs for Green Earth

Majd onsor fartak company

Majd Onsor Fartak is a company in the field of synthesis and production of metal-organic frameworks. We can design and produce different kind of MOFs with high quality in a cost effective and scalable manner.

Our company is open for collaboration with industry and universities about testing MOFs in different applications.

We believe that MOFs are relatively new materials that can change the world in the future with its wide applications in industry. Also, we hope that by industrializing the use of metal-organic frameworks in order to capture and convert of CO2 into valuable chemical products, we can have a greener earth

Fe-BTC

Fe-BTC, also known as Basolite F300, is an iron-based metal-organic framework. This porous MOF is nominally constituted by iron building units connecting by BTC linkers.

Cu-BTC

Cu-BTC

Cu-BTC (BTC:1,3,5-Benzentricarboxylicacid), also known HKUST-1, MOF-199 and Cu3(BTC)2, is one of the first and well- known MOFs.

MIL-88A(Fe)

MIL-88A(Fe)

MIL-88A(Fe) is a non-toxic metal-organic framework built up from iron metal ions and fumaric acid linkers, both naturally occurring in the body.

What are MOFs?

Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are a new class of crystalline porous materials, synthesized by coordinating metals to organic ligands. They have high porosity and surface area. For example, a metal-organic framework, so called NU-110, has such a large surface area (7140 m2/g) that just one gram of it could be unfolded to cover one-and-a-half football fields.
The large surface area offers more space for chemical reactions and adsorption of molecules such as gas molecules. In fact, the porous structure and rich and flexible surface chemistry of MOFs makes them a great candidate for storing and separation of gases, water adsorption catalysis and drug delivery.
